Since 2000, Mr. Stephens has overseen the combined Stephens family’s energy and natural resource investment activities. Since 1991, he has supported the management team of Stephens Natural Resources, a wholly-owned Stephens subsidiary and one of the nation’s largest privately held exploration and production companies. He previously served as assistant to Witt Stephens, Sr., assistant to Jackson T. Stephens, vice chairman of SF Holding Corp., as a member of the Executive Committee, and a director of the board.  Mr. Stephens received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management from the University of Arkansas.
